This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2015.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the way of submitting to the marshal of province information on the presence of substances posing a particular threat to the environment. The form of submitted information is specified in the Annex and contains sections related to asbestos, PCB and substances other than asbestos and PCB.
