Abstract This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of the definition, status and classification of small and medium enterprises in different categories according to their assets and the number of employees. Furthermore this Regulation sets forth provisions on categories of enterprises, changes in categories, the loss of SME status, public sector enterprises, the number of employees in independent enterprises, and categorization of enterprises according to the number of employees by the State Institute of Statistics.
