This Regulation enters into force on the day of Montenegrin accession into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation officially implements the rules and provisions contained in the Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues as Montenegrin standard to be officially implemented in the related National legislation.
