The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of five Paragraphs. The list of specification and cleanliness criteria for individual permitted additional substances and individual substances used during processing is defined in Annex 1. Requirements for taking samples and analytical methods used during official food control to define parameters applicable to permitted additional substances used during processing and amounts of pollution is specified in Annex 2.
