This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the full set of special requirements for food of animal origin; special requirements for the measures or procedures necessary for the fulfillment of food hygiene targets; and general and special conditions to be met by all home based facilities for production, trade and use of food and of food of animal origin.
