The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2007.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes species or groups of species particularly dangerous for human life and health, including predatory and poisonous animals. The animals are divided into categories depending on the level of danger for a human. It is forbidden to breed these animals and keep them out of zoological gardens, research institutes and circuses. The list of these species and groups of species is defined in the Annex.
