This Regulation entered into force on 23 November 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes: (1) species or groups of species dangerous for human life and health; (2) conditions of keeping individual species or groups of animals of dangerous species; (3) ways of marking animals of dangerous species. The animals are divided into categories depending on the level of danger to a human. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); General conditions of keeping species of dangerous animals (sect. 2); Detailed conditions of keeping species of dangerous animals (sect. 3); Marking animals of species dangerous to human life and health (sect. 4); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 5).
