The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of 15 Paragraphs and three Annexes. The sanitary quality of water is determined on the basis of examination including preliminary examination, assessment and classification of water, controlling monitoring and emergency examination. The list of organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological requirements for waters is specified in Annex 1. Natural mineral waters and natural spring waters are classified depending on their characteristic mineral composition. The classification criteria are specified in Annex 2. The model scope of examination is specified in Annex 3.
