Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on inspection control and for purposes of the Law on energy, prescribes special elements of risk assessment, the frequency of inspection supervision based on risk assessment and special elements of the inspection supervision plan in the field of power engineering. In the event of an incident or such an event at a supervised subject, i.e. a supervised object that resulted in a serious threat to the life and health of people, animals and plants, the environment and property, a critical risk is automatically assessed, without risk assessment based on other special elements for risk assessment. Special elements for risk assessment are laid down in article 2; immediate risk assessment is defined in article 3; frequency of inspection based on risk assessment is regulated in article 4; special elements of the plan for inspection supervision in the field of power engineering are provided in article 5.
