Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, but it will be used after 1 January 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation here prescribes the rules aimed to determine the quantities of primary products used for consumer supply (here regards food and foodstuff of animal origin), including other food safety related issues regarding the deviations and areas of possible performance of work by small entities in food business (construction, arrangement and equipment of facilities, conditions in food business in the case of the application of traditional methods at certain stages of production and food traffic as well as food business operators located in areas where there are particular geographical constraints.
