This Regulation entered into force on 4 July 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles, establishes geographical area and method of production and preparation of honey with protected geographical indication for Slovenian market. Specification of Slovenian honey can be found on the website of the Ministry. The name Slovenian honey can be used by the producer of honey who obtained the appropriate certificate in accordance with regulations governing procedures for the protection of agricultural products and foodstuffs.
