This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 10 August 2018).
Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Montenegrin Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases, here determines the necessary water sanitary-technical and hygienic conditions that must be met by all Montenegrin base facilities of physical culture, sports and recreation (swimming pools), as well as conditions for health safety of water for recreational needs and other waters of major public health interest. These rules are established in order to protect the health of the population and prevent the occurrence of possible outbreak of different types and means of infectious diseases.
