For the purpose of prevention of damage to fishing resources, regulation of the number of fishermen and the quantity of fishing gear, Federal West Baltic Fisheries Agency decrees to authorize artisanal fishing with the use of “balbera” fishing gear all the year round in conformity with the nominal fishing licence issued by regional fishing agency.
