Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the terms of the Law on genetically modified organisms, prescribes the form and content of the notification for restricted use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), as well as the information that shall be submitted by the user when submitting the notification for limited use of GMO when the notification is submitted for the space in which GMO will be used for the first time and separately for each class of limited use of GMO. The Annex is also part of this publication (set of indicated notification forms). This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Directive 2009/41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms.
