Abstract This Regulation defines various technological and hygiene requirements in relation to the quality of the processed products deriving from fruits, vegetables and mushrooms, including their by-products, also in terms of classification, categorization and names of products, physical, chemical and sensory characteristics, composition of certain products, type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances that can be used in the production and processing of fruit, vegetables and mushrooms, further prescribing the sampling and analytical methods, specific packaging and labelling requirements, and many other rules in terms of food quality.
