This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the requirements regarding the classification, categorization and names of food, packaging and labelling, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics and composition of the food in terms of quality and type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances which are used in the manufacture and preparation of refreshing soft drinks on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
