Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes provisions concerning staff, space and technical conditions that must be met by veterinary organizations, and the process of their verification. These conditions are specified for individual types of veterinary organizations: clinics, hospitals, pharmacies. The Veterinary Association verifies conditions of veterinary organizations at least every five years. This Regulation is composed of 27 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions (Sec. 2); Personnel and their professional qualifications (Sec. 3); Procedure of verification of health organizations and their examination (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
