Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down provisions concerning reproduction of domestic animals, the process of production and distribution of semen, ova and embryos, conditions for determining the capacity of semen of domestic animals, and the use of recognized males intended for reproduction of domestic animals. Technical information on the reproduction of domestic animals is published on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food. This Regulation is composed of 32 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Reproduction (Sec. 2); Storage of semen (Sec. 3); Organization of reproduction (Sec. 4); Documents concerning reproduction (Sec. 5); Registers and reporting (Sec. 6); Control and monitoring (Sec. 7); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 8).
