Abstract

The Regulation of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic, which is composed of 21 articles, sets out provisions governing the management of nuclear material, spent nuclear fuel and radioactive wastes. Particular provisions deal with the generation, importation, registration and classification of radioactive wastes.
