This Regulation entered into force on 22 September 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down specific requirements for meat products which can be purchased bypassing the Public Procurement Law if all conditions specified in art. 1 of Act on specific solutions related to the occurrence of African swine fever on the territory of the Republic of Poland are fulfilled. These requirements are specified for sterilized canned pate and for sterilized canned pork meat.
