This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation stipulates the conditions to be observed by small scale food operators when directly suppling (primary products) to the final consumers or to local retailers that directly supply the final consumer, hunters who supply small quantities of wild game or wild game meat directly to the final consumer or to local retail facility directly supplying the final consumer, and other related provisions.
