Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of eight paragraphs and three articles, lays down rules for integrated prevention and control of pollution from industrial activities. The present Regulation establishes: (1) the list of fuel combustion sources and their operational parameters; (2) maximum emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide in terms of nitrogen dioxide (NOX), specified annually for years 2016-2019 and for the first half of 2020; (3) total maximum substance emissions for all sources, annually for years 2016-2019 and for the first half of 2020; (4) conditions for recognition of maximum emissions of substances; (5) actions that an operator is supposed to implement to avoid exceeding the maximum emissions of the substance.
