The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of five Paragraphs, establishes the requirements which shall be met by aircrafts as regards protection of environment from noise and pollution of land, water and air. Aircrafts shall fulfill the requirements as regards protection of environment from noise applied to: measures of noise evaluation; model points of noise measurement; permitted levels of noise; tolerance of exceeding permitted levels of noise. Aircrafts shall also fulfill the requirements concerning pollution (of land, water and air) emitted by aircrafts engines.
