This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, establishes: the method of keeping register books on cattle, pigs, sheep or goats; forms of books kept in paper form; the scope of data required in a book of pigs registration. The owner of cattle, pigs, sheep or goats shall keep register books of these animals in electronic or paper form. The book of pigs registration can be kept in electronic form if an owner has access to IT system of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. The registration book should be updated up to seven days since the day of incident causing obligation of the entry. The Annex contains forms of books for individual animals.
