The Regulation consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Duties (II); Final Provisions (III). The main objectives of this Regulation include: to provide necessary facilitation for companies’ registration; to regulate activities of private sectors; to attract private investment in agriculture and livestock; to facilitate economic development.
