Abstract

The Regulation sets provisions to facilitate registration of companies on agriculture, livestock, importation and exportation of agricultural products, and consultation services to increase private investment in sustainable development. The Regulation consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Chapters; General Provisions (I); Duties (II); Final Provisions (III). The main objectives of this Regulation include: to provide necessary facilitation for companies’ registration; to regulate activities of private sectors; to attract private investment in agriculture and livestock; to facilitate economic development. The Private Sector Development Department is the authority responsible to register eligible companies.
