This Regulation entered into force on 5 September 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs, lays down, with a view of preventing and remedying environmental damage, detailed scope of information that is collected in the register of environmental damages and direct threats to environmental damage. The scope of information is specified in art. 2 and contains, in particular, information on the type of environmental damage in protected species, protected natural habitats, waters or the surface of land.
