Abstract

This Regulation is enacted to establish the goals for reduction and prevention of air pollution, prevention of damages to the human beings and environment by the high risk air pollution and prevention of spread and distribution of changing elements of the physical and chemical structure of air. The Regulation identifies the air polluting elements including automobiles and motoring vehicles, factories, commercial and housing sources. The Regulation provides for establishment of the examination center for prevention of air pollution, limiting movement of automobiles and setting down environmental standards to be followed for construction of the factories, commercial centres and housings. The Regulation further provides for prevention of production of low qualified materials with oil and distribution of the polluting substances. The Regulation refers to the responsible organisations and governmental authorities for control of air pollution such as the High Council for Prevention of Air Pollution. This Regulation consists of 47 Articles divided into 6 Sections.
