Abstract This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles for the planning, design, construction and operation of rainwater harvesting, storage and discharge systems on the basis of the protection of public health and safety, environmental protection, the sustainability of the system and the protection of drinking water resources from waterborne pollution. This Regulation sets forth provisions on urban planning in Section II, principles of survey, planning and feasibility in Section III, principles for the design of rainwater systems in Section IV, principles for the construction of rainwater systems in Section V, and principles for the operation and maintenance of rainwater systems in Section VI.
