Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines quantities of seeds and seedlings of agricultural plant species in original packaging which may be imported for personal use. Seed and planting material intended for personal use can be imported by persons who are not registered as suppliers of seed and planting material in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy - Seed and Planting Administration, if the quantity of seed and planting material does not exceed related values here prescribed (article 2).
