This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 18 April 2013).
Abstract

This Regulation determines the quality, size and weight, as well as the manner for declaring the fish intended for sale. The quality of the fish that is placed on the market as fresh fish depending on the freshness of the skin, skin mucus, eyes and gills is evaluated with extra, A and B class, namely: Fish that according to freshness is not evaluated in any of the listed classes and/or has any of the prohibited characteristics listed in the table present in article 2, should not be placed on the market as fresh fish. Other parameters are listed in articles 3 and 4.
