The quality of the fish that is placed on the market as fresh fish depending on the freshness of the skin, skin mucus, eyes and gills is evaluated with extra, A and B class, namely: Fish that according to freshness is not evaluated in any of the listed classes and/or has any of the prohibited characteristics listed in the table present in article 2, should not be placed on the market as fresh fish.
