Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), determines the provisions regarding necessary quality parameters and qualitative classes that will be applied when buying wheat. These provisions shall apply to wheat which agricultural producers produce for purchase on the territory of the Republic Srpska. When buying, it is necessary that the wheat is in good food health condition, characteristic color and odor, without the presence of live pests. According to the quality parameters, wheat is here classified into quality classes (see attached Annex).
