Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation, which consists of 8 articles, is to forbid fishing in the Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea and all other internal waters without authorization of the Fisheries Organization. According to the Regulation, sale, storage and transportation of the fish stock requires the authorization of the Fisheries Organization. Any equipment and fishing gear which has been used in illegal fishing shall be confiscated in favor of the Fisheries Organization.
