This text entered into force eight days after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 1 February 2018).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the general principles, requirements and responsibilities regarding food information, and in particular regarding the declaration of food, and sets the manners in which consumers are guaranteed with the right to obtain food related information. This text shall apply to food business operators at all stages of the food chain, when their activities include provisions on food information. This Regulation applies to all types of food intended for the final consumer, including food that is delivered by catering establishments, and food supplied to public catering establishments.
