This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation declares as natural rarities those plant varieties considered as rare, sparse and endangered plant species, whose survival is endangered due to natural causes or human activity, or which are endangered by their use and trade.
