Abstract This Regulation declares as natural rarities some rare and endangered animal species whose survival as species is endangered due to natural causes or human activity, or which are endangered by use and trade. This text sets the rules in order to preserve the gene fund and animal communities of certain ecosystems of the Republic. Animals subject to complete ban on use and trade are listed in article 2.
