Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on nature protection, declares wild plant species, animals and fungi, in order to preserve biodiversity, natural gene pool, i.e. species that have a special significance from ecological, ecosystem, biogeographical, scientific, health, economic and other aspects for Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as strictly protected wild species or protected wild species (protection measures are established for such species and their habitats). Special protected species declared as protected wild species are listed in Annex I (strictly protected wild species), and other protected species are classified in Annex II (protected wild species).
