Article 7 of the Regulation nominates different governmental agencies that are in charge of observation of this Regulation including the Ministries of National Defence, Public Health, Agriculture, Mines and Petroleum, Irrigation and Livestock, Water and Energy, National Safety and other relevant ones. The Regulation further provides on the assessment of the risks, safety assessment, remedial action in case of increase of the amount of hazardous materials, protective actions, measuring the contamination in the air or in the materials and radioactive waste management facility.
