Abstract

The Regulation which consists of 10 articles, sets provisions to manage the trade of wild medical plants. The trade of quarantine wild medical plants is prohibited. Supply, sale, and exportation of medical plants require the permit of Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exportation of endangered plants is prohibited. Importation of wild medical plants only is possible with permission of the Department of Environment.
