Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes: wild plant species which are strictly protected (Annex 1); wild plant species which are partially protected (Annex 2; partially protected wild plants which can be collected (Annex 3); protected zones which are to be established (Annex 4); particular prohibitions for certain individual species or groups of plants species, related derogations; methods of plants species protection.
