Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of the Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes: species of wild mushrooms which are strictly protected (Annex 1); species of wild mushrooms which are partially protected (Annex 2); partially protected species of wild mushrooms which can be collected (Annex 3); protected zones which shall be established (Annex 4); particular prohibitions for certain species or groups of mushrooms species, and related derogations; and methods protection of mushrooms species.
