Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes: wild animal species which are strictly protected (Annex 1); wild animal species which are partially protected (Annex 2); partially protected wild animal species which can be hunted (Annex 3); birds which can be sold, transported or kept if they have been legally hunted (Annex 4); protected zones which shall be established (Annex 5); particular prohibitions related to certain species or groups of animals species; and methods to protect wild animal species.
