Abstract

This Regulation governs the allocation of municipal contributions for the creation and maintenance of biodiversity-promoting areas in the community of Bettingen. Article 3 provides details regarding the permissible uses of this financial support, encompassing special habitats, high-stem fruit trees, both mature and young trees, as well as grasslands. Additionally, the document outlines the application process and criteria for eligibility for these contributions. Article 7 specifically addresses contributions for the creation or improvement of areas that foster biodiversity. Article 11 elaborates on the legal remedies. The text consists of 13 Articles.
