This Regulation entered into force on 15 November 2010.
Abstract

The objective of this Regulation of the Council of Ministers is to control activities which may have significant impact on the environment. This Regulation is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex and establishes: (1) types of projects which may have always significant effect on the environment (art. 2); (2) types of projects which may have potentially significant effect on the environment (art. 3); (3) cases which are qualified as projects defined in points 1 and 2.
