This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the procedures in which the competent local authorities does not participate when implementing the assessment of the environmental impact and determining the integrated environmental protection in accordance with special fire protection standards (these situations are: electricity production plants; use of fossil fuels and solid biomass and biogas; pipelines for oil and gas; surface storage of natural gas and other fossil fuels; underground storage of combustible gases; storage of petroleum, petrochemical and chemical products; industrial briquetting of coal and lignite; biofuel production; plants for metal forming also using explosives; plant for dry distillation of coal; trade, business, shopping, sports and recreation centers; plant for destruction of explosive substances).
