Abstract

This Regulation defines the rules and necessary procedures for the protection of the plant health (apples and pears) from Erwinia Amylovora (Burill) Winslow Et Al, in relation with the international plant trade and traffic (including the list of countries and plant species to be considered under the terms here stipulated).
