Abstract The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Forest Agency, refers to the application of Article 7 of the Forestry Act (1979: 429) and Articles 8, 10 and 10 a of the Decree on Forest Conservation (1993: 1096)(Repealed). It applies to the tree species and artificial hybrids specified in Annex 1. It does not apply to forest cultivation materials that are intended for export or re-export to countries outside the European Union. The Regulation contains the following Chapters: 1.
