The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of eight paragraphs. In case of absence of appropriate veterinary medical product authorized for marketing for the given animal species, intended for human consumption, veterinarian may exceptionally, at his/her own risk, to avoid suffering of animals, use veterinarian medical products authorized to use for other animal species or the same species with another indication for use. In case of absence of the above products, veterinarian may use medical products authorized for people or veterinary medical products authorized in another European Union member country or EFTA member country. At last, it is also allowed to use veterinary medical products being prescription drugs.
