Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of five Paragraphs, establishes: the research and development unit which shall assess if foodstuffs are not harmful for human health, and if foodstuffs of special feeding use are easily distinguished from general foodstuffs; scope of information, types of examinations or other data required by the Main Sanitary Inspector to test foodstuffs. The final opinion on foodstuffs' quality shall be given by the Institute of Food and Nutrition from Warsaw.
