This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the necessary procedure and related conditions for the allocation of import preference tariff quotas for agricultural products, according to the confirmed free trade agreements, scope, method of distribution, deadlines and reporting dynamics on the allocation of such quota.
