Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Republika Srpska), determines the manner of preparation and adoption of spatial planning documents with shortened procedure in extraordinary conditions and circumstances, aimed also for creating a planning basis for the reconstruction and construction of settlements for immediate care of population from devastated areas, flooded (also water sanitation) and other areas affected by possible elemental disasters. These provisions shall also apply to the preparation of the zoning plan of special purposes areas and to the parceling plan for areas along highways, main and regional roads or other infrastructure facilities, which are important for the construction of complex infrastructural, industrial and similar facilities of general interest.
